@XFreeze wondering if we're going to use the mass-driver to shoot payloads at earth and have a space based "we still love you, come home" transfer system.
@KenneyNL@DanPaladin Being a source of trust, quality and innovation will help keep you out front. Surprising people lets you gain ground (build your base) for a bit. Maybe tighter control groups for feedback. Just thinking out my wahoo.
@reduzio@godotengine Took me a bit longer than it should have to discover this one and it took a youtube video. I've only been using it with my @onready declarations and didn't think to use it inline though.
@bitbrain green one has most glow and draws longest stare. It appears more loved than the rest in terms of detail and quality. The likely popular choice is probably gold but I'd go green then classic because the gold ones appear meh in terms of style/detail.
@YuriSizov Tried 4.2 but reverted because of Resource bugs. 4.1 is riddled with Resource bugs but 4.2 is blocking. Can't load a resource via load(abv.tres).
@poorlocke I think it's mostly the trail and maybe not enough lighting/shadows/depth in foreground maybe... I don't know what I'm talking about so there's that.
I was pretty frustrated with the changes at first too. I don't do anything too fancy with it just yet so it's working fine but it does seem out of place even if it is easier to use. The callback functionality is great although i don't know if that was there. When one thing goes, others will follow.
@tumeo_@pigdev Can you describe the solution here before I go review hundreds of lines of code to figure it out? I'm interested because I've been doing a bunch of work with awaits and signals. What you're doing seems trivial on the surface so, what's the magic?
@pixelipy Made with godot, right? Noticed your tutorials dropped off so I was just tracking you down to see what happened. :) Seems like all the content creators for godot have dropped off.
