Found my favourite 2p/10p pusher out in the wild today. Pac-Man Ball, a genuine crossover between a coin pusher and a mini arcade game. Released in Europe only over 20 years ago (2003), there are still plenty around in the U.K.

Getting coins to drop through the fruit targets on the playfield would add balls of the same colour to the match-and-chain puzzle game on the centre screen, which in turn would allow you to win more coins to drop into the play field. Think Puzzle Bobble crossed with a coin pusher. Link the same colour balls together and they erase, chains mean bigger wins.

It’s even presented in an upright cabinet so it doesn’t just play like an arcade game, it looks a bit like one too.
