@EilanHotel The Mercado coffee shop server told me the oven was turned off as it was 15 minutes to close. The front desk clerk Trenton just apologized and said he couldn’t tell the coffee shop to turn the ovens on. He offered no suggestions- poor service at this hotel.

@EilanHotel No one provided information about what was open to eat. Could not eat at The Sustenio as it was closed in the mornings and on Easter Sunday for dinner. We spent $200+ on Easter Brunch. Around 6:45 we went downstairs to discover no food was available.

@NightOwlsFF is not on my nice list. Tried to order online- would not work. Called in order and had to speak to manager- three credit cards denied yet charged $43.24 each. $129.72 total and NO FOOD!!! Scammers and dishonest- take your $ and no delivery!!!! BEWARE!
