@Scobleizer all depends on the election results. If DT loses, Elon can actually try being sane again and may deliver something in 18-24 months. If DT wins, there is zero chance. In addition, foundation models will face commoditization and a race to the bottom.

@KTmBoyle strange remark, very removed from reality! Firstly, Subaru is a fantastic car and I drove an Outback for years because it was the best car to drive up hills and for all the sports and camping gear you could carry easily. Subaru owners take pride and enjoy it!

@ErikVoorhees Erik, can't speak to this data but anecdotally I have certainly observed legal immigrants being extra careful about abiding by the law, not even small violations if they can avoid it. Undocumented tend to be very scared & hard working and don't want law enforcement's attention

@deedydas Also, the local people of the mountains already had a name for it -- Chomolungma, which I understand means Goddess Mother or something like that. However, colonial rulers renamed most important icons and symbols, including Mt. Everest
