How many illegal FISA queries have occurred under your leadership of the FBI?

Well, there are reports that have come out with different numbers about compliance incidents. More than a million illegal ones? Because that's what the Inspector General said. The Inspector General said that in the 3.4 million of these queries, more than a million were in error. Do you have any basis to disagree with that assessment by the Inspector General? I'm not sure actually that's a correct characterization of the Inspector General's findings on that. The internet will remind you of that in moments.

But let's now go to what the court said. The court said it was over 200,000 that have occurred on your watch. Do you have any basis to disagree with that assessment? Again, I don't have the numbers I sit here right now. What I can say is- Seems like a number you should know. How many times the FBI's breaking the law under your watch? Especially if it's like over a million to not know that number. And I'm worried about your veracity on the subject as well.

Letters for the capital. I don't believe FISA is remotely implicated in our investigation. So there Senator Lee is asking you whether or not FISA was in any other way involved in your January 6 investigation and you say no. Was that truthful? I said that I did not believe it was. Okay so now let's pull up what the court said, which is something a little different than what you said.

So here, nope, that's not the right one.

Yeah, here we go, right there it says, the government has reported additional significant violations of the querying standard, including several relating to the January 6, 2021 breach of the Capitol. So I guess the question, Director Ray, is did you not know when you were answering these questions that the FBI was engaging in these illegal searches, or did you perjure yourself to Senator Lee?

I certainly didn't perjure myself at the time that I testified in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee. I didn't have that piece of information. I will add. Well, that was a court order. You didn't have that piece of information because the court hadn't yet rendered a judgment. Did you not know when you gave the untruthful answer before Senator Lee that this was going on? It was a truthful answer. I did not believe FISA had been involved in January 6th. But it was. So you didn't.

The answer is the FBI has broken so bad that people can go and engage in queries that when you come before the Congress to answer questions you're like blissfully ignorant. You're blissfully ignorant as to the unlawful queries. You're blissfully ignorant as to the Biden shakedown regime. And it just seems like it gets into a kind of a creepy place as well. IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley's opening statement on Department of Justice Corruption and the Biden Family's Crimes:

"I'm here to tell you that the Delaware US Attorney's Office and Department of Justice's handling of the Hunter Biden tax investigation was very different from any other case my 14 years at the IRS. At every stage decisions were made that benefited the subject of this investigation.

For example, prosecutors conceal contents of Hunter Biden's laptop from investigators. DOJ slow walked steps to include interviews, serving document requests, and executing search warrants. Warrents that we're ready as early as April of 2020, but were delayed until after the November 2020 election, and never pursued.

Investigators were not allowed to follow up on WhatsApp messages from Hunter Biden's Apple iCloud backup, where he suggested he was sitting next to his father. Assistant United States Attorney Leslie Wolf cited the optics of executing a search warrant at President Biden's residence as a deciding factor for not allowing it even though she agreed that probable cause existed.

Prosecutors instructed investigators not to ask about the big guy or dad when conducting interviews. The Biden transition team was tipped off about interviews the night before the investigation went over.

A fact that my FBI counterpart confirmed to this committee in recent testimony where the result was only one witness spoke to investigators that day. These are just some of the examples of how our investigation was stymied.

I'm not here to support partisan agendas on either side. I'm here because our tax system relies on the American people having confidence it is administered fairly and equally for everyone, regardless of your last name, or political connections...

After our investigation largely concluded by the end of 2021, the IRS recommended charging Hunter Biden with multiple felonies and several misdemeanors for the tax years of 2014 through 2019. The Delaware assistance United States Attorneys and tax evasion trial attorneys supported charging the felonies and misdemeanors listed in Exhibit two of my interview transcripts...

Attorney General Garland led Congress to believe the case was insulated from improper political influence because all decisions were being made exclusively by Delaware US Attorneey David Weiss, but that was not true. The Justice Department allowed the President's political appointees to weigh in on whether they charged the president's son.

After US Attorney for DC, Mathew Graves, appointed by President Biden refused to bring charges in March 2022, I watched US Attorney Weiss tell a roomful of senior FBI and IRS leaders on October 7, 2022, that he was not the deciding person on whether charges were filed. That was my red line.

I had already seen a pattern of preferential treatment and obstruction. Now, US Attorney Weiss was admitting that what the American people believed based on the Attorney General's sworn statement was false. I could no longer stay silent..."

NEW: House Oversight member, Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene, has confirmed that the "unnamed" foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden with $10 million, was none other than Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky.

The now infamous FBI FD-1023 form provide by Wray had redacted Zlochevsky's name but detailed a $10 million bribe to the Bidens with someone connected to Burisma.

Putting it all together...

We know that Zlochesvsky was already paying Hunter an exorbitant sum, $83,000/mo, to sit on the board of his Ukrainian energy company.

We know Zlochevsky was facing a corruption investigation in Ukraine by prosecutor Viktor Shokin.

We know then-Vice President Joe Biden accused Shokin of corruption.

We know that then-VP Biden successfully threatened to pull a $1 billion US loan guarantee as leverage to push for Shokin’s removal.

We know Shokin was replaced by Yuriy Lutsenko, who cleared Zlochevsky and Burisma of criminal charges in 2019.

We know that Zlochevsky and his associates were eventually charged in 2020 for attempting $6 million in bribes to halt the ongoing investigation (the guy has a history of bribes).

And we know that Zlochevsky was a rich, corrupt foreign oligarch who needed the type of help only connected, corrupt DC cronyism could deliver.

And it all points to one conclusion: Joe and James and Hunter were willing to sell out American interests to keep the Ukrainian money flowing.

And now hundreds of billions of your taxpayer money is flowing back to Ukraine.
