@Ralph_Street ...it was when Dani came back from the hospital and showed the hole in his shoe and foot drilled by a stick. But between us, you don't want to miss any oportunity to get a glimpse at the hamstring- and calfmodel @dhubmann 's bare legs! 😉

"climbing" the valley towords Soria on Gran Canaria in good company. 3*12' in lower threshold pace. been doing more threshold sessions lately to fill a void in my training diary. feels good to get some sun and warm weather during wintertime. 📷@Kvaal_Osterbo

@OrienteeringU would be great to make my time in quarantine go a bit faster

@StatSkier @devonkershaw wasn't Calle Halfvarsson 3rd in 2014/15 after Sundby got disqualified for doping violation? 🧐

The list of finalists are out! Thierry made it...but only to the B Final! He battles it out with 5 others before the main race starts, who will be crowned the Easter Champ?
Please let the technology not crash because this is going to be some race! 18:00 on https://t.co/TmMPVs9kOq

No races in the calendar for a while so it's time to get some proper work done!

Running helps create two skills that are increasingly rare:
1. When running by yourself, it helps create an ability to be alone inside of your head for a long time.
2. When running with others, you learn to fill time with conversation instead of defaulting to your phone.

@RNBWCV Ja, es gibt inzwischen gute Live Produktionen. Mit GPS Tracking und laufenden Kameramänner lässt sich etwas machen. In Skandinavien und der Schweiz auch ab und zu im Free-TV.

Student World Champions! Thanks to my teammates @joeyhadorn Paula & Martina. Perfect start into the champs! Looking foreward for tomorrows middle distance in demanding finnish forest.

@RNBWCV @joeyhadorn Dein Sport-Geschmack gefällt mir immer besser! Vielleicht kannst du ja auch zum OL mal solche intressanten Statistiken basteln 😉 fände ich super!

@mattsson_erik I think the jury should also be able to correct a wrong desicion by the organizer. And as I understood the course setter wasn't happy with the final decission. Who is the "organizer" then?

[Jonas Egger @tshegger]

When I try to follow the story around JEC there are two questions coming in my mind. How can a jury consist of a majority of trainers at a serious competition? Why does it happen so often in orienteering that runners who disregard the rules aren't disqualified?

[WorldofO.com @worldofo]

Interesting read: JEC 2018 Long distance course-setter comments on the controversial jury decision at JEC 2018 (and published his own result list with runners running through the forbidden area removed) https://t.co/rCSTtmlqfG

5:a på #25manna, @lina_strand 3:a och @tshegger 12:a på världscupavslutningen. Det går bra nu!
