2. Pray for your wife daily
3. Pray for your kids daily
4. Pray over your finances daily
5. Check in on your May budget
5. Read one chapter of the bible daily
6. Plan a date with your wife (no excuses)
7. Don't use your phone the first 2 hours
8. Eat 3 eggs, blueberries, cottage cheese
9. Workout 4x (30min or >)
10. Family dinners daily
11. Journal daily
12. Don't eat after 8:00pm

@CoachRolfes This is really good! As a first-time father (14 month old), I am still adjusting to early mornings (5:15am currently) to get ahead of our baby waking up early. And I struggle to keep up with my personal devos and workouts. But thanks for the great challenges here!
