Je suis heureux d'annoncer que la loi fixant les conditions d'organisation du référendum vient d'être adoptée, en termes identiques, par l'Assemblée nationale et le Sénat. Sur 384 Députés nationaux présents, 381 ont voté POUR, 2 ont voté CONTRE et 1 a voté ABSTENTION. Gloire à Dieu !!!

Urgent 🚨 The governments of Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo on Tuesday initialed the text of a peace agreement between the two countries, the U.S. State Department said in a joint statement.
The agreement, which will be signed at a ministerial level meeting on June 27, includes provisions relating to territorial integrity and a prohibition of hostilities; disengagement, disarmament, and conditional integration of non-state armed groups.
