@Ceepaty01@KabeloMusic@kamo_mandy25 Exactly cos I even went on ozempic but I’m such a slow responder due to PCOS. I eat twice a day, go to gym, cut out sugar but still lose less than 1kg a month compared to other people on ozempic who can lose 2kgs in a month.

@MTNza since when is a bank statement not proof of payment? Are you guys high on crack??? How else should I get a PoP for an online purchase because that’s only done when making a transfer!!!! I’m taking this to the ombudsman
@MTNza when a client makes an online payment where does that money go? Cos mine didn’t get allocated to my MTN BA account but for some funny reason I received the router and internet connection. So how are you sending me a router if my payment is not visible???

120 hours later it’s finally resolved and o have connectivity thanks to Loren & Zishaan. Those are the only people who actually know how to do their job there!
