@NissanUK Your customer service is an absolute joke. Rejecting a car and it was collected from me almost 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for Nissan to approve the figures for the refund.

In the meantime I am left without a car because I need the refund to get the new car!

@virginmedia I was patient when it was delayed a couple of times, but now being given an 8th date for it to be fixed is ridiculous, and no-one will even give me any details on what the fault is, and your complaints team won’t ever call like they say they will!

Have had no broadband since 5th July. Get given a date for when it will be fixed, but every time it reaches that date, I just get given another future date. Now onto the 8th date I have been given for when it will be fixed!!!

@BlessUnleashed This is completely pathetic. I claimed maybe 4-5 times thinking it wasn't working giving me the reward. Now banned for what looks like the weekend because of maybe 15k gold when my character has 2.7 million gold. You better extend the dungeon event because of this!
