@SDollow It is a great honour and privilege to be granted a National Clinical Impact Award 2023 by #ACCIA. Humbly received this award. I am thrilled and grateful to my esteemed colleagues and management at @EKHUFT who fully supported my long and rigorous journey sharing my vision.
@BMJOpen_Gastro@matthewbanks Great piece of work by all the team! Pointing out the management of the peri-procedure complications including the clinical governance point of you! Well done to all @matthewbanks@EKHUFT

Underwater EMR performed beautifully by @NorikoSuzuki. This technique has been shown in a recent RCT to be as effective and safe as conventional EMR for large nonpedunculated colorectal lesions with the advantage of being faster and easier to perform @kentendosurgery
Great live endoscopy cases @kentendosurgery today. Lots of tips about ESD fundamentals from @JTA_Endo & @NorikoSuzuki3. Good tip control critical, plan the dissection and work as a team. @tsiamoulos also performed a nice speedboat endoscopic submucosal tunneling dissection
Really interesting presentation about endoscopic suturing approaches in third space endoscopy given by @EndoscopyOthman. Suturing devices have several indications inc tissue closure (perforations/EMR/ESD), bariatric therapy and anchoring covered metal stents @kentendosurgery

It is confusing times: single use endoscopes vs Green Endoscopy or single use can be adopted under the green umbrella?? See what your peers are thinking. All comments welcome.
This is an interesting perspective of what physicians think about single use endoscopes. It looks like the topic is still unripe and generating https://t.co/nfSuhaUnkp Delphi Consensus Study on disposable single-use endoscopy: A path to clinical adoption. https://t.co/KiFwvbapWc

Do you use #PuraStat as a treatment option for Radiation Proctitis?
This is known to be difficult to manage and can impact the quality of life of a patient. @SergioCoda3 has shared his experiences with very positive results
