Mickey made an interesting point on how he had to be show he was a good person before a good coach to gain trust of players. Relationship building 101.
“I could have went anywhere in the country when I left LSU but I chose to come back to Nebraska. It’s a good feeling. I love Nebraska. I love the state. I love the people. I love everything what Nebraska stands about.” - Mickey Joseph
THANK YOU MICKEY JOSEPH 👏🏽 #GBR
What if Nebraska signed MJ to a short, incentive laden HC contract? He’s the only candidate who’d consider such an option. These other guys are going to want 8 year deals with a ton of guaranteed money. I’d really like to see what MJ can do with his own coaches and players. #GBR
Here’s an idea: send 8,500 US troops to the US-Mexico border to make sure that’s secure instead of worrying about Ukraine’s border. We can’t secure our own border so why would we attempt to secure someone else’s?
With the B1G starting 5-0 in bowl games, Nebraska now played 8 teams that won at least 9 games. 4 of those teams won 10+, and 3 won 11+.
For reference, Iowa beat 1 team with 9 wins.
The fact that Notre Dame just gets to sit at home and not play in a title game and watch other teams lose is literally the dumbest part of this entire sport
