Beware: @WakefitCo "Trial Period" is a nightmare. Requested a mattress exchange on March 14th. It's now March 26th and I'm still waiting.Pick-up & delivery postponed indefinitely. Missed 3 days of work waiting. Support escalations are useless.@SupportWakefit#ConsumerComplaint
@WakefitCo Today is supposed to be the pickup date still there is no update and it's going to be postponed to the next day. Can you give me a single point of contact for me to get an update from.
@WakefitCo I still haven't got any call regarding this and and todays pickup has not happened and a person called me i informed about this and he says you will get a call from escalation for that matter. Are you for real ? Are you guys running a fraud business model?

5. Filed a complaint at the national consumer portal and shared it with the amazon grievance team and on Twitter (x) - their response was totally cool and arrogant they did their best and couldn't do anything
4. Talked to 30-40 different customer support people and even 10-12 senior supervisors where they are arrogant enough to harass and say they can't do anything since the return is still open
