Still you didn't fail. That's why the examiners have the grades from A to E. Because we ain't equal. What we must teach out children is that not all can get As. With whatever grade, there is a trade they can do.

@mzelendo @MiskellahMD A C+ can't grasp the vast medical content. In developed countries,becoming a doctor isn't that easy. We cannot allow our profession to be diluted. Again, getting an A minus and below is not a sin. There are courses you can do with that and perfect. For Medicine, it is an A plain.
