@parcelforce terrible job delivering my parcel… Been home all day and the tracking just changed to delivered, yet I have had contact with no one and no parcel or delivery card has been delivered. Any chance you can actually find my parcel!?

@thameswater Have water all through my flat in W14. Has come from the bath/ showers and toilets. Am on hold limbo having not been answered yet. Your IVR also told me my postcode doesn’t exits so that’s fun…. Would appreciate an answer!
