♦️ELON MUSK IS A BUILDER: Elon Musk's track record speaks for itself; he has earned the right to solve constraints and build new products without being handcuffed by an unwieldy structure. A merger simplifies his life and lets him focus on solving ever bigger problems and building new products.
♦️THE SUM IS GREATER THAN THE PARTS: Individually each company may be worth $8 trillion in 10 years, but together they could be worth many times that, tackling projects too big for either company to take on alone. When humanity goes galactic, then interstellar, what is the cap on the addressable market?
♦️EXPENSE REDUCTION: Overlapping functions can be streamlined.
DELETE THE PART
It is time to delete the unnecessary part/process: The two Companies being separate and the unnecessary bureaucracy it creates are hindering Elon Musk and Tesla/SpaceXSI employees from creating real value - like slowing joint projects with burdensome conflict committees. We want the time spent on the projects - not red tape.
ACT NOW
Time is of the essence: AI, robotics, and energy are moving fast. Fiduciary duty is often thought of as just due diligence, but inaction can be costly to shareholders too. Tesla shareholders lost the chance to own xAI, now a significant contributor to SpaceX's revenue. We don't want to lose out again.
SHAREHOLDER SUPPORT
We trust the special committee to negotiate the best possible terms for Tesla shareholders taking into account that CyberCab and Optimus are about to scale, Tesla's all-time high, and internal revenue projections. A large, engaged group of retail shareholders is ready to back a well-structured combination, and we are organizing so turnout is high when the vote comes. Please bring it to a vote as soon as the terms are negotiated and documented.
Thank you for your work. You have the support of the retail shareholders who sign this letter.
Sincerely,
Alexandra Merz

@elon Ordered my new Tesla August 4th with a 2-4 week delivery time. Constantly pushed back until now it says December 9th-31st. I have no confidence or hope that I will see that car this year. Use some of those "first principles" to create a time estimate calculator that actually works. Seriously, it's the worst estimation system ever made. Elon, you can do much, much better.

@RonDeSantis I wanted to see what the hype was all about. Yeah, it's ridiculously amazing and now I'm one of the many waiting months for Tesla to keep up with demand and build our new car.

@keithmacinnis@Tesla@grok I’ve been tracking value of my model 3 premium RWD used with 6000 kms, currently it’s market value is $42,500 CDN, I paid $39000 for it, resale value has definitely gone up.
@elonmusk My Tesla has been paid off for over 2 years. That's roughly when I got a magnet for the trunk that says 'Bought it before I knew how bad he was'. As long as the car continues to run, I have no reason to get a new one, but it will also continue to be an embarrassment to drive

@johnbryanesq@Tesla Always amazes me how many people “back the blue” and all that when a couple new videos like this come out EVERY DAY. There sure seem to be a lot more bad apples than people want to admit.
I told Mike Rocco, CEO of Bentley Americas, that his new electric SUV is a paperweight without @Tesla FSD.
Met him today at the Bentley Tower event in Sunny Isles for the all-electric Bentley SUV unveil. He admitted he’s never tried FSD and said his customers “want to drive.”
I told him nobody wants to stare at a red light for any period of time waiting for it to turn green so they can press a pedal.
He begrudgingly did his best to smile through it until I said the first luxury brand to ship FSD wins the race. Then I asked what happens if Rolls-Royce gets Tesla FSD first. Silence.
He claimed they’d launch without automation and “add it later” if the car was successful. I told him maybe they would do okay without it, but imagine what they could do with it.

.@TeslaCharging we have very few Tesla Superchargers in farthest areas of northern New Hampshire. One of the few, in Gorham, New Hampshire, is slated to close on October 25 due to electric costs outpacing charging income. What can be done to keep this station running?
