@garyseconomics I'm a tech startup founder working on the same problem as you. Would love to discuss. Education alone can't do it. We need better social fabric and collective intelligence. Solutions are out there but not deployed. We're working on exponential deployment.
@dthorson just listened to the incredible Emerge episode with Mark Feenstra. Am looking for current opportunities to learn more. The page you linked (https://t.co/83K27w8K5F) is still online but can't find anything more recent, and @markfeenstra seems dormant.
@ImmyKaur@CIVIC_SQUARE Thanks Imandeep. Was hoping I might run into you at some point :) I am a colleague of Lisa Gill who you recently did the podcast with. Her guests are usually all over the world so was happy to find something local and thought I would visit. Is there anything open these days?
years ago my friend told me about Ring Theory, it helped me to be better at taking care of people in crisis
I've never heard it discussed since then, so I'll write up my understanding here bc I think it could be useful
@ted_rau I remember you tweeting a while back that we need to learn to support each other with the kinds of things people will normally only share with a therapist (💯!). Do you know of any work on facilitated group processes for doing such things safely?
@MatthewMezey Bitly say their links never expire so who knows what happened there 🤷🏻♂️ That was a quick survey of my interests! Sadly I don’t find a lot of time for the writing just now. Have chosen to prioritise work on a tech platform in service of the same.
@disruptandlearn @CrispSweden This, for me, is the true gold of the whole future-of-work movement. Learning how to run businesses more effectively just rushes us faster into the same future, but learning how to be kinder, more honest, more integrated, can take us to an entirely different future.
