@CrossCountryUK I travelled in the 18.33 from Newcastle to Birmingham New Street yesterday. The conductor on the train was Ashleigh. He was a model for customer service. Very helpful, polite and courteous. Customer service at its best! Please tell him.

@help_surport Having followed you back I receive a what’s app call telling me I am due a 20% refund and to down load an app called Lemfi so I can be refunded!! Clearly a scam!! @scssofas_HQ you need to stop this happening!!
