@TPG_Telecom Why does my ADSL service always drop out when there is a storm/lightning... and I don't think it's coincidence. I think my service is based on inferior ADSL infrastructure. When does my contract finish? I want to switch to a superior ISP.

Over 54 hours and counting without wifi. Not sure why it takes @TPG_Telecom this long to restore service in this day and age. Another example of poor service already adding to the list of incidences. I'm fed up and believe there is a better internet service provider out there!!
