@ForeverOrioles @AthleticsRants Maybe more like the new owner being as cheap as Angelos was and Elias forced to deal with a limited spending budget. Does not excuse Elias from completely ignoring a terrible starting rotation and making bad personnel decisions in the bullpen( letting coulombe walk for example).

Very sad indeed to see Evans methodically dismantle the basketball program during his tenure. A shoestring budget for what was once considered a top program. Hopefully the new leaders embrace the fact that MD is still perceived( from alumni and supporters) as a basketball and should redirect resources accordingly. It’s time to adapt or we will continue wither away.
