In a decent world this wouldn’t have to be said. Charlie Kirk was viciously, brutally murdered and Erika Kirk suffered an unimaginable loss. She deserves sympathy, respect, support and Christian love.
No one with a shred of decency would target her for attack. No one with a shred of decency would platform someone who attacks her.
No one with a molecule of benevolence and integrity would enable these attacks, including by listening to them and even entertaining the notion that these conspiracy theories are remotely credible.
Shame on the whole lot of these cretins. I’ve had it up to my eyeballs seeing this over and over. Quit pretending this is behavior that decent people would tolerate. I hope they get their comeuppance.
@RealJamesWoods It’s horrible that this Coach couldn’t stand up for her player after such a dangerous punch. As an RN, that could have been devastating to be hit in the neck like that. That Coach should be fired, in my opinion.
Ancient Israel Never Died
This isn’t about defending Israel. This is about confronting a dangerous lie that has been spread for centuries, a lie that denies Jewish history, erases Jewish identity, and paves the way for violence.
The claim that “modern Jews have no connection to this land” and that Israel is “just colonialism” is not new.
It’s the same lie I heard from Hamas members, the same lie taught in Palestinian textbooks, and the same lie rooted in certain Islamic texts that seek to cancel Jewish connection to Jerusalem and Judaism itself.
The truth is simple:
The Jewish people were violently expelled from their land. Despite centuries of exile under Roman, Arab, Muslim, and Ottoman rule, they preserved their language, their Torah, their law, their calendar, and their unbreakable bond with this land.
When the Ottoman Empire collapsed after WWI, they returned home.
This was never colonialism.
This was continuity.
Denying this history doesn’t just delegitimize Israel, it removes any MORAL RESTRAINT on those who wish to destroy it.
Lies like this are the root of the violence we see today.
