@KLM I get that you want to say someone is working on it but do you think images like in this post (https://t.co/B1U8OyAcjJ) show that. Having this luggage sit in the general area unsecured is a security risk in my opinion.

@Schiphol @KLM You need to get your act together. Lost luggage bags at Schiphol are just being stored there. You are making zero attempts to remedy the situation. I can't believe this is happening in a country that is a member of the EU.

@KLM Do you not feel that luggage laying around terminals in unsecured areas is a good thing? Don't you feel that it poses a risk to everyone if luggage is laying around and anyone can have access to it? The lack of leadership and thought process is very confusing to passengers.

@AmericanAir FAA shows no weather delays at RNO and LAX. Everything on west coast is green. Using fake weather delays is a terrible way to treat your customers. You should make this right.
