Sandhill Cranes are one of the largest birds you could encounter in North America but they are also one of the most gentle species around. This species is one i always look forward to encountering while visiting Southern Florida each year with the hopes of encountering them with their offspring.

Please remember to respect ALL wildlife and ESPECIALLY when they are with their young ones, getting too close will stress both parents and children alike.

Red clover is a superb nectar source for long-tongued #bumblebees.
Honeybees prefer White clover.
Nectar secreted by red #clover can often be so abundant it fills the flower-tube meaning honeybees can access it too.
