I truly hope this is a wake up call and eye opener for those who refused to see the abuse these animals face with a life of enslavement in captivity. All of us who speak out to end this slavey also face immense abuse from people, but if it buys freedom like this for even one of them, we will never stop standing up or speaking out for what’s right.
It’s the basic principles of humanity to want freedom and a cruelty free life for these sentiment beings instead of using and abusing them to try to get things we want for ourselves.
Thank you to @RARE_SriLanka and the Thai government for all the effort taken to save him and to give him a better life.
Sadly our government past and present have failed to offer a better life for these majestic animals.
