Here’s a cake I made and carved in the shape of Guåhan. I covered that in chocolate ganache and then poured over a gelatin mixture dyed a clear turquoise. The cake is finished with dyed cookie crumbs and white chocolate waves.
Starting this month, former UOG valedictorian Megan Gimmen will spend the next four years working toward a Doctor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School!
