The theme for 2025 is "Your voice, your strength". This year's focus is on advocating for families affected by perinatal mental illness and ensuring they have access to the information and support they need.
To promote Stress Awareness Month, Blackpool Talking Therapies will be on the Mezzanine corridor at Blackpool Victoria Hospital 11:30am - 1:30pm, Thursday 24th April 2025. Come along for a chat to discuss the signs of stress and what action can help.
Reminder! April is Stress Awareness Month
Stress affects us all — but too often, we push it aside. This month is a reminder to pause, check in with yourself, and focus on your mental well-being.
Notice the signs and take action:
Breath, move, rest, talk and ask for help.
Do you find you get caught up ruminating about the past or worrying about the future? Learn to let go of the negative thoughts in our Mindfulness Course.
🚨🚨 Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 49 in the UK. It’s time to break the silence.
