@TonyTalksGolf@KylePorterNS Oh damn I think you’re right. Didn’t catch that. It does seem wayyyy too close to his ball. Damn. Back to despising this guy lol
@LouStagner Courses that used to test pros are no longer tests. Maybe you don’t have a problem with high winning scores but many players do. Few want to compete in pitch and putt birdie fests. Decreasing forgiveness/CC size and maybe ball rollback would be a start to getting courses back
@jamierkennedy Even if this is the case, isn’t it refreshing? Instead of watching guys go driver, wedge, one putt all day, now we get to watch guys struggle over difficult green-side chip shots, and then try and make the putt. If the wind dies maybe it becomes less exciting but not there yet
@Daniel_Rapaport Couldn’t agree more. For the most part, I hate the recent trend of tree removal at both PGA courses and local clubs. And nobody seems to be talking about it. Hope golf media keeps talking about it
@LouStagner Unquestionably crossed the line. You can heckle but there’s a line of respect that you just can’t go over. What happened to respect for the event and for the people competing to entertain you? I’m glad some of them were kicked out
@BrentleyGC Was there anything else from the interview? Like him saying he paid for the fix, or paid the people that fixed it? Or did anything to offer help? Because this just translates to “yeah, I don’t really care”. This guy is so easy to dislike
