@queenofthesou1 Good for you! Go for it! Personally, I’ve never counted the days…I just knew I was done with it. That was maybe back in 2003 or 2004. Did the same with smoking in ‘95 or ‘96.
@jakeshieldsajj I came from the world of banking and finance, spending nearly 50 years lending money. While we required financial statements from our borrowers, we NEVER relied upon them exclusively, and ALWAYS performed our own analysis and verification.
@leelacosta17@larryjones I voted for him…twice. The first time, enthusiastically…the second time, reluctantly, more as a vote against the opposition. However, I’ve grown weary of this petulant child. The next time he is disappointed, I fully expect him to roll on the ground, kick his feet & cry!
@TrumpDailyPosts I spent 40 years in banking and finance, and NEVER extended any significant amount of money based solely upon the borrowers “stated value”. As part of a financial statement, the borrower would plug-in a value, but we…the lender… arrived at our own estimate of value.
