Jack Grealish is set to be handed an unexpected opportunity to resurrect his Manchester City career after new head coach Enzo Maresca made it clear he is open to keeping the England international at the Etihad, @TEAMtalk understands.

“He was the greatest Black man who ever walked the African continent. He didn’t fear anybody. He had those [Belgian] people so scared they had to ki!! him. They couldn’t buy him, they couldn’t frighten him, they couldn’t reach him.”
— Malcolm X on Patrice Lumumba
Born and bred in a country, watch premier league every week and follow the boys journeys, squad full of black players who have the exact same origins as me but apparently you should support a random other black Country that you have zero ties to over England… ok 👍🏾 🤣
Eduardo Camavinga is a decent player, but not sure he’s the profile City need right now.
We already have Rodri, Elliot Anderson and Nico González - three players with very similar profiles.
Complete opposite lol Camavinga is clearly a very capable midfielder who would bolster our side. He’s much better than overhyped players who we’d sounk millions on like Anderson and Bouaddi and that is what City fans actually clamour for (flavour of the months with no substance.)
Camavinga would be a rubbish signing, mediocre player who would cost a bajillion pounds who would never be able to do any wrong because most of City twitter are insecure and want a "superstar" more than they want a functional side
BREAKING: Elliot Anderson is playing for England vs DR Congo as a #ManCity player after paperwork on the club’s £116M deal was formally submitted to the Premier League this morning.

Declan Rice on Elliot Anderson’s £116M #ManCity transfer: “We had a great chat, sat outside on beanbags. I just said he can’t control the price he’s going for. I couldn’t control what I went for.
“Why he’s going for that price is because he’s been one of the best in Europe this season. If you watch him play, everything goes through him at [Nottingham] Forest. He’s constantly on the ball, the engine room. I was trying to give him a bit of perspective that the price is just noise. Just do what you’ve been doing and you’ll be just fine...
“He’s such a humble guy, that’s not going to affect him. He just needs to keep doing what he’s doing and he’s going to be a real success - I believe he’s one of the best I’ve played with…” [via @JBurtTelegraph]
