@LaurafinucaneB Recently sent someone to hospital with suspected CES. Took a week to be scanned and diagnosed. Concerned with the delay... is there any action needed from my side ie. raising concerns/question etc as an external physio? slightly at a loss.
Whaddaya know? It's a party political paper for the Conservatives that manages not to mention Conservatives. And attempts to look like a bone fide newspaper. No blue.. Only green on the front page.
@adewagstaff Dyou know.... If we provided something that everyone needed on a day to day basis, and then hiked the price by 50%,dyou reckon we might get a massive increase in profits?
It's not "good business", its pure bastardry.
Didn't manage to retain the v80 trophy this year (about 6 mins slow), but still managed a very unexpected 6th overall, despite the weather and the body just not responding well to anything.
Thanks to @alphinpike for his patience and relentless enthusiasm… https://t.co/HJ5h7mNacQ
Well. They'll do as 'finished' for my level of skill. A long way to go, but with apparently ancient (though very serviceable) chucks, things could be quite a challenge.
Well. We don't want easy, do we?

Spent an interesting afternoon turning some gash wood into bowl shaped objects.
The challenge is 2 fold.
1. Actually having the courage to start when you don't really know what you're doing or how it's going to end.
2. Keeping the tools sharp and in good… https://t.co/YrUFMCdC0g
Nope, it's not pretty, no it doesn't look finished. But it's flat, stable, quick, functional and has reused some otherwise junk wood.

Although I'm still a rank amateur, not all that experienced, the rea… https://t.co/EZmeRD4YxT
Finally using my @fairlightcycles secan as a tourer.
I bought it a few years ago due to its potential versatility and the longevity of steel.
Thus far it's been a gravel racer, a bike packing rig, a commuter, a road bike and now a bike tourer. It's been … https://t.co/lesYg4MawI
Off with the (slightly melted) old, and on with the new.
Sheet metal instead of plastic.
I'm always a bit concerned/scared at doing new things with tools/DIY projects, as mentioned previously, but am very happy how this has turned out thus far. https://t.co/OONPdSNrpl
Furling around with wings.
Wingboarding taster day. Often frustrating lack of breeze, but fun, nevertheless.
An easier way to get foiling? https://t.co/9ZbTMhYdEr
I've got to another midlife crisis. I realised that a @leathermanuk would probably be a good tool to have.
(yes, I realise this is not a Leatherman, but the thing about not having a thing is not being able to take a photo of it).
I'd love a PS4, but the… https://t.co/GikMQnbOkV
