Ran a personal gym coach on Hermes for a while. Got tired of maintaining it, so I moved the same loop onto Grok Bot: finish a workout → agent reviews it → next session lands in my routines

then just ask Grok Bot to setup local Hevy MCP too (npx + same key) so the agent could call Hevy directly as tools. Ran into an install issue on my machine and gave up for now, webhook + REST does the job fine.
