@stockx I gave you my order number, you should be able to see it’s been sitting for about a month. Maybe that should be the priority and not some irrelevant case number that gives you the same info I’m providing here. What other hoops people gotta jump through to receive what they order?
@stockx It’s 13234388. And while I appreciate the response, if you’re just going to follow up and say “sorry for the delay, it needs to be authenticated”, don’t bother. That canned response is the reason myself and so many of your customers are pissed and won’t buy/sell with you again.
