FIRST BANK !!! @FirstBankngr. You are such an inconsiderate and unfair bank.

In the last 48 hours, you shut down the Firstbank App under the aegis of maintenance.
No prior notice, no emails, no notifications to customers.

People lost tons of transactions, unable to make transfers, you paralyzed transactions without a notice.

This is a total violation of customer's rights.
As one of the Apex banks in Africa, you can do better.

It is so sad we don't have great customer protection rights in Nigeria.

Same thing with the Aviation industry e.g United Nigeria gets away with too much unprofessionalism and lack of respect for customers.
