“It’s understandable that these high pen rounds like Igolnik and SSA AP would have less flesh damage. The problem is that damage drop-off and higher health pools for AI render these rounds useless! For example, Igolnik isn’t capable of killing an unarmored scav with a headshot. The flesh damage is so low that even an unarmored PMC will survive a headshot from 90 meters!”
