@HighOffLyfe_ There are a ton of things you can do Romanian dead lifts Bulgarian splits squats. Hip thrusters, any machine that does push backs focusing glutes. Abductor machines. It just depends on what you want to do? The more lean muscle you build, the more calories you burn.
@Sylentts11 i will say this let them run any test they want because i thought i was fine i now have 6 messed up disc in my back other injuries and had a TBI that didnt get diagnosed for a few days
