@WordsFromBlerds I think marketing has a lot to do with it. The identity of the next BP was a secret & marketed it more as an ensemble piece/T’Challa tribute movie.

Combine that with Shuri not taking up the mantle until the very end probably shapes people’s vision.

It’s still her film though.

@SpiderMan_Newz I know it’s a year out, but I was speaking with a mate and we were wondering if they’d actually do a midnight release in the UK this time?

They did them for Deadpool last year but I’ve not seen any since.

@ODEONCinemas Is there no way to buy the cool cup without the very plain bucket so I don’t have to pay £30?

You used to sell the cups for less if I didn’t want a drink but now we have to get a popcorn bucket as well?

@DisneyDan I always found it interesting that they have a costume for 627 (the red one), but recent merchandise has Leroy everywhere, yet he doesn’t have his own costume and it would be so easy to make, literally just the Stitch base costume but with red fur.

@UdonNoodle98 @PeterSciretta I think they’re gonna announce The Lion King Land! They’ve teased a big Paris announcement for D23 so it’ll probably be that. They don’t usually spend much time on Paris so maybe they tie it in to the Animal Kingdom ride?

Maybe a construction update on next year’s expansion?

@DisneyDan Oh I loved the idea that the villain being invested in the characters is what gave her power! He was interested as much as we were and it was his own undoing! Brilliant imo, but I can see how it can be unsatisfying for others.

What do emotions have to do with imagination?

Plus Disney seems to be doubling down on Figment lately. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Can we all - PLEASE - move on from the brioche burger bun? They are the wrong flavour, the wrong consistency and they fall apart under minor handling. A simple bread bun is fine. Better than fine. It is better than brioche and cheaper.
