We are proud to announce our 2026 Mitch Love Coach of the Year Award to Justin Jarmolicz of the U15AAA Red Deer Rebels.

Justin & his entire coaching staff made such a huge difference on & off the ice this year as each player grew immensely in their development over the past few years.

What Justin & his staff have been able to do at the U15AAA level is incredible to watch during the years as this group of wonderful role models are setting the next generation of players up to be successful not only in hockey but life away from the rink too.

@mlovehockey is a great friend of ours, he’s a brother to us if we are being honest & what he’s been able to do in his career is truly amazing & to honour him once again is really special.

Justin is going to be the U18AAA Head Coach next year in Red Deer & he’s on a great path in following Mitch’s path at being a Head Coach & Assistant Coach at the Professional Level one day.

Congratulations Justin, you & your wife will be able to enjoy a nice all inclusive paid trip to Jasper or Banff for winning this award.

- he’s from a different generation and meant no inappropriateness with his comment. Not the best place for it? Yes but he believed he was complimenting her.
- if it was a younger player like that NHL player she interviewed tonight, people would be making it a joke that they were gonna date or something. That interview was WAY more uncomfortable then the comment from Terry.
