Why are we marking our ‘X’ on the Canadian Federal Election ballot with pencil? I just cast my vote in advance polls. It is the first election I remember using a pencil not a permanent marker or pen to mark my ‘X’. @NorthrnPrspectv @junonewscom @CHCHNews @globeandmail @CTVNews
