If you are honestly this worried about market competitors. The most brilliant, logical, and profitable move you could make is give the current characters their missing story content or enhance them. It is literally the easiest thing you could do.

You have an absolute goldmine sitting in your palm right now with the immense popularity of the current Lis. Yet, you are throwing all that way. Forcing dedicated players to endure endless story droughts without addressing any glaring issues and then sweeping them under the rug is a massive mismanagement of player trust.

We want depth and progression for the characters where we are already financially and emotionally invested in. We want more ways to keep game interesting, we still have old game mechanics like claw machine and kitty cards that is not updated and it just makes the game stale, and no refreshed endgame modes as Abyssal and Unicorn is currently in stagnation. What exactly are we playing now? I am spending more time outside of the game then inside the game. Isn't this absurd as a gaming company?

Also as a Caleb main, where is his MAIN STORY update that has been overdued? What is this treatment? What about his bonds and anecdotes? There is also so much untapped lore to explore and discover and we are having none of that now.
