@MetaQuestVR We opened a ‘ticket’ to request a shipping label weeks ago for our broken remote. Nothing still. Now, our other remote is broken. How annoying that we can’t just go buy new remotes at a store. We have to wait weeks for a shipping label that never arrives.

@LethbridgeCity Thank you. Hoping by the next above zero temps, we can get out skating again. SLP/Wade Galloway is the easiest for us to shovel so when it’s dark by 4pm, it doesn’t make it as much worth while🤍

@LethbridgeCity we’ve been skating in the dark at SLP/Wade Galloway for 3 months now. The light is gone by 5:30pm now… we get off work at 4. PLEASE fix the lighting, we skate ALL winter! The Watermark (west side) park lights too! Skating is our source of joy and exercise 🛼🛼

For information purposes, we took this video at 7:22pm… we have lights until 10pm when they are working. SLP is also in the dark which makes our one lit up Skatepark, Legacy, busier than ever. Please help!

@LethbridgeCity I’ve put multiple 311 service requests in over this past month about having the light issue at Watermark Skatepark rectified. We really love to go for a family skate after supper and it’s become unsafe to see the coping/obstacles properly. Please fix this asap 🥺

@LethbridgeCity I made a new request today to include SLP (Now only Legacy has lights working) because I made a request weeks ago to fix/enable the west side lights and we’re still in the dark unfortunately.

@LethbridgeCity Pleaseee send someone out to turn on the evening lights at the skateparks again. We can’t see the coping or skate obstacles after 6:30pm safely anymore. Also, you’re giving the not so nice groups of people a safe haven by having no light to see what they’re up to!

My schedule has me working 5 dayshifts in a row, one day off, and then a 7 nightshift stretch.
Wanna tell me again why health care workers burn out at the rates they do?
In 14 days, most would have 4 days off.
I get two.

@LethbridgeCity Also, could you please turn the lights back on at the Watermark Skatepark in the evenings? It’s getting dark and dangerous by 8:30pm most days already. Skateparks should have 24 hour lighting. People who work shift work would enjoy a 3am skate with no busy park.

@LethbridgeCity Please fix the broken skate bowl light at Legacy Park before someone gets seriously hurt. It’s created a hole in the highest part of the bowl. If it doesn’t get filled in, it’ll cause someone’s wheels to catch and they will have a good 10-15 free fall to cement.

@Captaincoby00 May I ask if you are swabbing your throat or your nostrils? When my family had Covid in Feb, we all tested negative on the rapids and someone told me to swab throat instead of nostril because the latest variants live more in your throat passages. We all tested positive ASAP.
