@TMTweetChat I imagine that others expect a servant leader to take charge to identify the goal to be accomplished. Following directions is not the best action by others but by motivating others to propose ways to accomplish the goal the servant leader is empowering them. #TMTweetChat
@TMTweetChat A2. #tmtweetchat Servant Leaders are described in the HPL manual as “enabling or empowering others to accomplish something worthy. Servant leaders are willing to place empowerment above personal power.” Therefore i believe servant leaders can be ambitious if a goal is altruistic
