Because they were all awful players compared to the rest of the world and hate that this team is far above them. Alexi Lalas and Landon Donovan specifically are total losers
Two redneck 17 year olds just rolled down the window of their Chevy Suburban beater at a red light to ask me if I thought Dale or Kyle Busch was better. The driver then punched the other kid when I said Dale.
ESPN’s Paul Finebaum believes Tennessee Football is moving in the “wrong direction” under coach Josh Heupel:
Finebaum joined On3’s Crain & Cone on Thursday, and did not hold back on Heupel and the #Vols
“I bring Josh Heupel up - I like him, he has made the playoffs one time, but he’s been there, what, four or five years?” said Finebaum. “And it feels like the program is going in the wrong direction. That should not happen, and it’s a very bad sign for a name-brand program.”
“Maybe I’m old school enough to still believe that Tennessee is one of those schools that should always be at or near the top.”
Finebaum, a Tennessee graduate, expanded on his take by saying the end of the 2025 season was a “complete disaster.”
The SEC Network show host cited home losses to Oklahoma and Vanderbilt, the Music City Bowl loss, and the lack of an established quarterback for the 2026 season as his reasoning.
Josh Heupel enters year six on Rocky Top this season and holds a 45-20 record with UT since arriving in 2021.
Do you agree with Finebaum?🤔
