@sirin_kale@guardiang2 We are so lucky to have @BambisLiverpool in Liverpool - a council-funded public health initiative that really should be available to all women. 💖
@sirin_kale@guardiang2 Thank you for sharing - it really resonated. Breastfeeding has simultaneously been the hardest and best thing I’ve ever done. I can finally say the last month it’s become easy & enjoyable after our baby losing weight, tongue tie, pumping every 2 hours & so much conflicting advice
Forever grateful to the absolutely incredible people at @LiverpoolWomens - and thankful to have @LiamThorpECHO 🫶
Six weeks later and our boy is absolutely thriving, smiling & just picked up his first @Liverpoollib card - a lifetime of bookwormery awaits 📚
We are blessed to have an amazing, healthy, baby, but his entrance into the world was a traumatic one - something we are still processing
I wanted to write about it here and to place on record my eternal thanks to @LiverpoolWomens hospital

.@LiamThorpECHO and I were really happy for Dylan to be part of @ChildrenGrowing - it’s a @LpoolCityRegion-wide study investigating how childhood experiences impact on health in later life.
In total, 10,000 babies born to first-time mums will take part - Dylan was number two!
It’s been quite the week. Our little man arrived in the world on Monday night amid some pretty scary moments. I can’t really put into words how happy we are and how grateful we are to the phenomenal care, support and expertise we have experienced from everyone at @LiverpoolWomens
Bye for now @TheBrainCharity 🧠
Very proud to help get our ‘It’s all in your head’ report across the line before finishing - launching in @UKParliament this Wednesday!
Two weeks till due date - time to let the mat leave adventure begin 💛
A brilliant part-time mat cover contract for The Brain Charity. You'll be covering for the wonderful @tui_benjamin as Director of Comms and Fundraising. They are doing some brilliant things, have drive, and ambition, and are wonder…https://t.co/bsq47LdNwa https://t.co/m6SzsllBn2
I’ve been trying (not always succeeding 😴) to juggle another job alongside my role at @TheBrainCharity since Jan - growing a baby. 🤰
I'll be finishing for mat leave end of Aug. @TheBrainCharity is now seeking cover for my role while I embark on a very different new challenge.
See #Liverpool from a whole new viewpoint⛪
We have ONE place remaining for The Brain Charity’s fundraising abseil at @LivCathedral on July 8, 3.55pm.
It needs to be filled today so we've waived the entry fee - DM us or email [email protected] if you'd like it!
