Here's an easy one... change the tax code to a 1pp document. Personal income tax = all sources of "income" x a tax rate = tax due. Slide the scale for the tax rate to increase as "income" goes up. We don't need any deductions. Then reduce the IRS to 10,000 employees. #taxreturns
