@ChaseSupport Hello, I was approved for a Chase Aeroplan Credit Card on June 4th, 2026 while the 75,000 bonus points with $4,000 spend within the first 4 months was ongoing. However my account is only being credited with 25,000 bonus points. After much back and forth - 1/3

to no avail with the representatives over the phone, one agent told me that I should be good to receive the 75,000 bonus points in a couple of days. I called back today to follow up, and the representative I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. 2/3
