This is cheating with the customers. Why do I have to pay extra. I will not pay extra. And you are not even giving any customer care number or chat option.
Why do we have to pay extra charges?
Why there is no mention of extra charge at the time of payment?

@ZeptoNow I have placed an order and opt for COD. When I was placing the order the charges were showing 240 rupees including handling charge and others and when I placed the order it is showing 269 rupees (cash handling charge).
Why This charge was not mentioned anywhere.

This is a reply I received from GMVN when I raised my concern about GMVN accommodation booking.
I have contacted on the given number on website and I been asked to book it offline and the person had send me his personal UPI QR Code for payment.

Why asking GMVN offline bookings when it’s unavailable.

Fake private stays, & no price control.

Amarnath & Kailash Mansarovar Yatras are beautifully managed—limited registrations, fixed accommodation, transparent systems.

Then why is Kedarnath Yatra so chaotic?

No cap on pilgrims, unregulated bookings, personal UPI codes, and fraudulent stays.

Local stays aren’t listed or turn out to be fraudulent, denying entry after online payment.
