Security team responds: "We confirm everything you've already been told." After ALL this nonsense, I finally visited a branch. The banker was super helpful and processed the wire transfer in 30 minutes. 🤯
@ChaseSupport Attemped an International wire transfer two times, got rejected both times, customer care refused to offer any support, no clarity on why the wire transfer is getting rejected. Almost told that I am free to move my account to any other bank!
@FedExHelp Delivery date again changed to tomorrow after being out of delivery again. I am not sure what the issue is here. Shipment contains a really important document. It has been delayed by 3 days already. Really worried if FedEx has any intention to deliver the shipment.
