is fasting important for wl? i typically don't eat over 800c per day, and i try not to eat after 7-8 pm so i'm only fasting throughout the night
however, i feel like im not losing weight fast enough so i wonder if i should try a 1-2 day fast
i tried adding oikos protein yogurt into my protein shake and it was a game changerβthe whole thing was around 318 cals, 47g of protein π but i had to use whole milk because it's all we had, otherwise i would have switched it for reduced fat milk (which would be around 303 cals)
