@ManekaDevin have u tried the FODMAP diet? it’s not so much a diet but a way of trying to target what foods cause inflammation etc. my dad has IBS and it rly helped him!

I need a recipe box like hello fresh and gousto but low fodmap recipes that are kind to ibs and ibd sufferers’ tummies — does anyone know if one exists? if not, it should. I am too lazy to try and make my own low fodmap diet plan but I am ✨ suffering ✨
@thewellful Dietary necessity for me (fodmap). And gf alternatives are often more calorie dense and full of strange ingredients and generally a bit disappointing compared to the real deal. I'm thankful I have found slow prove sourdough in modest portions to be tolerable. Fodmap not coeliac.

In case it's not obvious from my last retweets, I hate beets. They taste like dirt. No matter how you prepare them, they still taste like dirt. They're also high in FODMAP sugars which are an IBS trigger, so that's 2 strikes against them.
