Tummy Troubz

An ordinary person with stomach issues trying to navigate through the various fads to find an actual solution to my stomach problems

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

I would almost rather have #IBS and #LeakyGut than to have to go through that again. Any opinions?

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

Is it a coincidence that 3 weeks after adopting more of an #eatdirt lifestyle I come down with food poisoning for the first time in years?!

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

Why does bone broth have to taste like butt?

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

#IBS or food poisoning? It's pretty unfair that I can't actually tell the difference. #lowday #lowqualityoflife #fuckthis #help

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

@emma_bydesign that's awesome! I am hoping to get to that point as well.

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

It's so bad! My weenie dog can't even handle it. #gasfordays #ibs #bloated

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

I'm sorry for my gas tonight. #Imnotsorry

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

@emma_bydesign what helped you? Or is the relief random? #ibssucks

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

It's here! #MountainRoseHerbs #EatDirt #EssentialOils. Now to make my first cleaning product!

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

@1deborahterry @LeeMartinRD @she_codes @treat_out that would be so awesome! That's the hardest part

[Deborah Terry @1deborahterry]

@tummytroubz @LeeMartinRD @she_codes has had success with low fodmap. We are working to create an app that will help eating out @treat_out

I scroll through tweets with #IBS and it amazes me how many people are living with it. Does anyone have a success story? Does it ever stop?

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

Okay tried the kefir. But just a dash in a smoothie. I can't get past the smell

[Kelly @TangledGrrl]

Just explained my #IBS to the #stepkids by comparing it to an octopus stabbing me with knives in each of its legs all at once.

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

Just came out of the bathroom and a coworker asked "you alright? Been gone a while" #wtf don't track my bathroom time! IBSProbz #gross #stop

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

I called and they said my oils are on their way! Super friendly, I'm just being impatient. #mountainroseherbs

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

My #MountainRoseHerbs #essentialoils haven't been shipped yet... did I just get ripped off or?

[Tummy Troubz @tummytroubz]

The kefir is still in the fridge unopened because I am afraid of it.
